For VAT registered business “OUTSIDE” of the UK “ONLY”

With all online orders, a 20% UK VAT charge is already included in our pricing. If you are VAT registered within the EU, but outside the UK, you may be exempt from UK VAT. To enable you to place orders with us without 20% UK VAT, you must create an account and provide us with your company name and VAT number. Once we have validated the VAT number, your account will be reset and you will receive a confirmation via email that the VAT number has been added to your account. When you log in again next time, you will be able to place orders with no UK VAT added. While we're validating the VAT number, you can proceed with any orders as we are able to refund the UK VAT already invoiced once the validation process is completed.
